Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from The Unround.

1. Return eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Jewelry must be unused, unworn, intact and in resalable condition, with its original packaging and all components.

Discounted, sale and clearance items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as full-price items. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.

2. Items excluded from change-of-mind returns

Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned for a change of mind. Items damaged by customer misuse or improper care are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. These exclusions do not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

3. How to request a return

Email hello@theunround.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping your item. Do not use the dispatch address as a return address unless we confirm it.

4. Return shipping

For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, we cover the required return shipping. For a change of mind or personal preference, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We do not deduct the original free standard shipping charge from an eligible refund. Any separately purchased delivery upgrades are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Please contact us as soon as you discover an issue and include your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Our separate warranty policy and your statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
